I highly recommend Dean as a local small businessman. He genuinely listened to my needs, offered a much better price than the competition, and he used a zero-pressure technique in selling me an alarm system. It was as if he was a reference for me to use as opposed to a salesman.

The installer was also very polite, professional, and did an excellent job.

Everything was exactly as promised. I had a false alarm and Dean was genuinely concerned, and offered a great deal of assistance in the matter. He is the kind of guy who stands behind his products and services.

I also used him to install my garage door opener, and was surprised to learn after the job was done that the price he had quoted me included tax…I assumed tax was not included in the quote (which was by the way cheaper than the competition).

Sound Advice

Our family needed a motion sensor to help us protect our adventurous four-year-old within our home. We contacted several Ottawa security companies and Bee Alarmed was the only one to return our call, doing so in hours. Dean provided us with sound advice and without any pressure.
