The sales rep, Dean, was extremely devoted to making sure all my questions were answered and concerns addressed. I found him to be very patient, diligent and concise in all my dealings with him. Dean was extremely knowledgeable about security requirements and standards, as well as the actual hardware. Above all, I remember that he was genuinely interested in *my* concerns, both technical and financial. Follow-up service and support has been similarly outstanding.

When it came time to the installation, I found the technician extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled and very accommodating. He was a talented professional who delivered, as promised.
